Emily in Paris renewed for seasons 3 and 4 by Netflix
"Say bonjour to 3 & 4!"
Less than a month after the release of season two, Netflix has confirmed that Emily in Paris will be returning for at least two more seasons.
Posting on Twitter, the streamer wrote: "Say bonjour to 3 & 4! EMILY IN PARIS is officially returning for two more seasons."
The rom-com series, which stars Lily Collins as the titular social media strategist, has proven a massive hit on the platform despite some rather negative reviews – and so news of a renewal isn't too much of a surprise.
Collins previously outlined that she was keen for the show to return for another outing, with the actor telling Glamour last month: “I hope that we get a season three because I really hope we get to come back and do this again.”
The second season has been another big success, shooting to the top of Netflix's top 10 in 94 countries following its release just before Christmas, with 107.6 million hours viewed in total between 22nd and 26th December.

Season two saw Emily stumble into a love triangle with her neighbour and her first real French friend, while her work life became more complicated by the day and she met a fellow expat in her French class who both infuriated and intrigued her.
Although no plot details have been released about the two new seasons at this early stage, it's extremely likely that the third run will pick up exactly where the second left off – with Emily facing a tricky decision as to whether to stay at Savoir or join Sylvie's new firm.
Emily in Paris seasons one and two are available to stream on Netflix. Check out of three-star review of season two or visit our TV Guide for what to watch.
